This is one of our strictest policies, and there are no exceptions. Any listing or content that violates this policy will be removed immediately, and the responsible account will be subject to permanent suspension and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly and permanently prohibited on PatriotBuySell, whether real or fictionalized, in any format or medium:

Snuff films or content depicting death for the purpose of entertainment

Any other content that is illegal or obscene under applicable law
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring every product they list on PatriotBuySell is safe, accurately described, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Products subject to a recall, safety alert, or regulatory action must be removed immediately.
PBS reserves the right to take action when a listing, image, or account violates this policy. Actions may include:

Temporary selling restrictions

Permanent account suspension

Other actions required by law or the PBS User Agreement
Why We Have This Policy
The distribution of illegal explicit content causes real harm to real people. Beyond being morally reprehensible, such content is a serious criminal offense under state, federal, and international law. PatriotBuySell is committed to ensuring our platform is never used to distribute, promote, or normalize any form of illegal or obscene material.
