INTANGIBLE ITEMS POLICY
Every listing must offer something real. All products sold on our platform must be physical, tangible items that a buyer can receive, inspect, and confirm delivery of. Listings that do not meet this standard are not permitted.
Prohibited Listings
Any item that cannot be physically received or verified by the buyer is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ghosts, spirits, or supernatural entities
- A person's soul or similar abstract concepts
- Spells, curses, or hexes
- Haunted or spiritually charged items where the claim is the product itself rather than the physical object
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring every product they list on PatriotBuySell is safe, accurately described, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Products subject to a recall, safety alert, or regulatory action must be removed immediately.
PBS reserves the right to take action when a listing, image, or account violates this policy. Actions may include:

Removal of listings or content

Seller warnings

Temporary selling restrictions

Permanent account suspension

Other actions required by law or the PBS User Agreement
Why We Have This Policy
Intangible or unverifiable items create confusion for buyers and open the door to fraud. If a buyer has no way to confirm they received what they paid for, there is no basis for a fair transaction. PatriotBuySell is committed to maintaining a marketplace where every purchase is clear, honest, and verifiable.
