SERVICES POLICY
PatriotBuySell is a marketplace for goods, not personal or illicit services. Any service that is illegal, sexual in nature, or violates our User Agreement is strictly prohibited. The following categories of services may not be listed or offered on our platform under any circumstances.

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring every product they list on PatriotBuySell is safe, accurately described, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Products subject to a recall, safety alert, or regulatory action must be removed immediately.
PBS reserves the right to take action when a listing, image, or account violates this policy. Actions may include:

Why We Have This Policy
PatriotBuySell exists to connect buyers and sellers of legitimate goods. Allowing personal, sexual, or deceptive services would expose our community to fraud, exploitation, and legal risk. This policy keeps our marketplace safe, honest, and focused on what it was built for.
