SOFTWARE LISTING POLICY
To ensure only authorized goods are listed on PatriotBuySell and to prevent the infringement of intellectual property rights, the following restrictions apply to software listings:
Beta Software
Beta software, including beta keys, cards, or access codes, is not permitted on PatriotBuySell.
OEM, Bundled, and Recovery Software
OEM software may only be sold alongside the original hardware it came with. The following rules apply:

The listing must include the original hardware (e.g., motherboard or hard drive)

Utility software must be listed together with its peripheral device (e.g., a printer)

OEM, bundled, or recovery software may not be sold separately from the hardware
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring every product they list on PatriotBuySell is safe, accurately described, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Products subject to a recall, safety alert, or regulatory action must be removed immediately.
PBS reserves the right to take action when a listing, image, or account violates this policy. Actions may include:

Removal of listings or content

Seller warnings

Temporary selling restrictions

Permanent account suspension

Other actions required by law or the PBS User Agreement
Why We Have This Policy
This policy exists to protect both buyers and sellers on PatriotBuySell. Beta software is unfinished and not intended for resale, and OEM software is licensed specifically for the hardware it was bundled with, selling either separately violates the terms set by the original software developers. By enforcing these rules, we ensure that every software listing on PatriotBuySell is legitimate, fully licensed, and authorized for resale, keeping our marketplace trustworthy and compliant with intellectual property laws.
